Aches in my knees
Let's see. First I can say I succeeded in getting relief from the discomfort in my hands and legs. Next I got relief from aches in my knees and last but not least my blood pressure went from 196/96 to 112/72. I have more energy and no longer need to take a nap in the afternoon. I also lost almost 15 lbs during the 9 day cleanse. Need I say more, I feel great, and look great to boot. Thanks a lot for putting me on the program. I am sure it will be a way of life for me from now on.
